CRM Companies primarily develops and manages commercial properties, but its other businesses range from fast-food restaurants to the management of neighborhood associations, including Firebrook, Griffin Gate, and Boone's Trace. The company has 28 franchise locations of Raising Canes chicken and MOD Pizza. CRM Companies is currently negotiating to redevelop the Herald-Leader building into a new Lexington city hall.
