Valuations: What Every Financial Executive Needs to Know

Join Bryan Browning, Managing Director, VRC, as he takes you through the keys to a proper valuation. Bryan's presentation will include showing how to develop appropriate methodologies and assumptions that are used by professional valuation firms. He will also discuss pitfalls and red flags associated with improper valuations. Lastly, he will address current issues relating to valuations and financial reporting.

State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
