“What's Coming in Newark Real Estate”

Newark's downtown is experiencing a real estate transformation. After years of slow growth, the conditions are finally right for Newark to realize its full potential. Residential, commercial, civic and retail projects are sprouting downtown and throughout the wards. And Prudential Financial has been a key player at many of the most significant, including the One Theater Square luxury residential high rise across from NJPAC, the new Prudential office tower, the residential conversion of the former Verizon NJ headquarters, and the reopening of the historic Hahne's building as a vibrant mixed use project. Ommeed Sathe will share a vision for the City, explain why so much is happening now, and provide an overview of some of the most interesting new developments.
