Note: The NJ Law & Ethics will satisfy New York’s Ethics requirement only under the following circumstances:
- The CPA is dual licensed (both NJ & NY)
- The CPA lives and works exclusively in New Jersey
· New Jersey CPA triennial license period ends December 31, 2023
· New Jersey Law & Ethics session is mandatory during each triennial period
