Frank R. Gatti
Frank has a wide range of public, private and tax-exempt board and committee experience and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD)/NJ, the Advisory Board of H.S. Grace & Co., Inc. and the Finance Committee of The Conference Board. He was the CFO at ETS, a global B2B and B2C assessment and professional licensure/certification company from 1997 to 2011 where revenues grew four fold to $1.3 billion. From 1974 to 1997 he was VP/ Financial Management and prior  to that VP/Chief Accounting Officer at The New York Times Company.

Patricia Lenkov
Patricia runs Agility Executive Search, a boutique board and executive search firm she founded in 2008. Previously, she was a member of the board of director’s practice at Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles. To date she has conducted over 270 board searches. Patricia has been a member of several boards of directors and advisory councils.

Mark A. Pfister is Chief Executive Officer of Integral Board Group and the Chairman of the Board. He is also the CEO of M. A. Pfister Strategy Group, an executive management firm that serves as a strategic advisory council for executives and boards in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. His success has been repeated across a wide range of business situations and environments. Mr. Pfister prides himself on being a coach and mentor to senior executives and is sought by teammates for his unique skillsets.
