Why Even the C-Suite Might Not Be Safe From Automation

THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO FEI MEMBERS, FEI MEMBER PROSPECTS AND OUR FEI NYC SPONSORS. PLEASE REVIEW THE MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS HERE TO SEE IF YOU CAN ATTEND AS A PROSPECT

Be prepared to be surprised, provoked, even inspired as author, futurist and Fast Company contributor, Dr. Liz Alexander, co-founder of Leading Thought, expands on her recent article in Fast Company that made a case for why the C-suite should also expect to succumb directly to automation.

In this TED-type talk, Liz will explore the plausible, possible, and preferable futures facing financial industry leaders in the age of smart machines and publicly fallible humans. Some of the questions she’ll explore include: Why will career outcomes for the C-suite be worse than you imagine, but better than you think? What’s “inevitable” and what can still be controlled? How is changing ahead of change a wise strategy?
