This program will review many commonly neglected legal issues, and how CFOs can drive compliance to avoid complications in the future. Topics will include corporate governance, contracts, insurance, succession, HR & employee issues, and more. We will provide a checklist of items that you may want more information on, and to organize your thoughts for follow-up at your business.

Financial Executives International is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour. Contact your state board for more information.
