Boardrooms have changed.

The same forces that move, shift, and shape our societies are also felt at the top of our leading businesses.  FEI Pittsburgh is honored to host Ms. Coco Brown, founder and CEO of the Athena Alliance, who will discuss these macro societal shifts, and how these are changing the modern boardroom - from diversity, to focus, to breadth of responsibility.  She'll explore how these shifts are evolving, and what the modern board is doing to adapt and to become a competitive advantage for the organization they oversee.

Some of the areas of exploration Ms. Brown will cover in her address are the transfer of power from business to consumer, the increasingly blurred line between business issues and societal issues, and the rapid evolution and constant transformation of business models, go to market strategies, and entire industry categories. Each of these individually, and all of them combined, are forcing corporate executives and boards to adapt to an ever changing, very complex domain of modern leadership.

Board leadership and governance is a topic impacting most of our organizations.  Plan to join us April 19th to learn more.

 Automate Your Accounts Receivables

The COVID-19 pandemic tested many companies’ operational and procedural resiliency like never before. Treasury organizations were asked to step out of their traditional operational roles and take on broader, more strategic work within their companies. Regardless of where your company’s treasury technology stands, you should continuously evaluate your technology to maximize efficiency and automation.  This includes looking at your digital space and eventual digital transformation.  Thisin its most basic form, defines how a company utilizes technology, people, and processes to provide value to its customers.  Companies should invest in their treasury technology to future-proof treasury operations for any unforeseeable events.
