Sacramento Chapter Presents "The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP)"

In honor of Veteran’s Day, FEI is proud to host Dan Miller of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) program.  During Dan’s 29-year career in the U.S. Marines, his experiences included multiple deployments, more combat than he cares to remember, and unfortunately too many friends and fellow warriors lost.

As part of the Warriors Speak initiative, Dan’s goal is to educate the American public on the struggles our nation’s service members endure after they return home from duty.  He will share the challenges that he and so many other veterans face including visible and invisible injuries, and will also discuss the positives of life and hope for the future. By attending, you will learn skills on how to identify when others need help and communication techniques to offer assistance. Dan will also share resiliency skills that can positively impact your life and in the workplace.

We all owe a debt of gratitude for Dan’s service and encourage you to attend to learn how you can benefit from his story.  We ask that you support this cause and our veterans as part of the FEI Fall Fundraiser.
