Join us for a fireside chat with Jennifer Ceran – who has had an extremely impressive 35+ year career including as CFO of several public and private companies and now serving on five corporate boards (and audit chair of two of the aforementioned boards).

Jenny recently retired as CFO of SmartSheet (NYSE:SMAR) in 2021, and prior to joining SmartSheet served as the CFO of Quotient Technology (formerly Coupons.com) (NYSE:QUOT). She was also previously Treasurer and VP of Finance for Box, and held various leadership positions at eBay, PayPal, and Cisco. She has been named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance by Treasury and Risk Management magazine, and received the CFO of the Year Award in 2017 from the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Currently, Jenny serves on the boards of Klaviyo (developer of an ecommerce marketing automation platform); Riskified (provider of an eCommerce fraud protection solution); Wyze (developer of smart home technology products); NerdWallet (Nasdaq:NRDS) (provider of a digital finance platform); and True (a global talent platform provider).

During our fireside chat, Jenny will discuss her unique journey to both CFO and current Board positions. She will also provide perspective on the lessons that she has learned managing companies through three different financial crises, how she sees innovation and digital transformation impacting the role of the CFO, as well as exits and IPOs and the importance of visibility into cash and liquidity on success.
