Good Growth/Bad Growth - Whatcha Gonna Do?

This event will be preceded by an optional afternoon CPE session entitled  "Catching the Digital Wave! Leveraging Emerging Technologies" (4:30 PM - 5:30 PM).  Register separately by clicking here.

Not all growth is necessarily good. All too often, businesses pursue growth for the sake of growth itself. While building a new product line, pursuing client opportunities in other geographies or taking on a new, large customer may result in more revenue, it might not be beneficial for the long-term prospects of a business. The session will focus on “smart” growth, when to make specific investments and how to create a planning structure that looks long-term then works backwards to build a successful company.  We will cover different growth phases (sprints, stalls and marathons), key metrics, as well as a variety of case studies.
