Through the creation of a lifestyle community designed around public health, connectivity and sustainability, Water Street Tampa is transforming the Tampa MSA from a traditional workplace into a dynamic, emerging urban epicenter. One of the largest mixed-use urban development under construction in the US, the project is backed by Jeff Vinik, former Fidelity Magellan fund manager and current Tampa Bay Lighting owner, and Cascade Investments, LLC. Spanning 56-acres, the Water Street Tampa Neighborhood will include office, hospitality, residential, cultural and retail uses. Nine years since the project’s announcement, Phase I, encompassing 4.2M square feet, will be complete in May 2022.
