Private Equity Roundtable
Please join us on May 18th for a panel discussion centering around how companies can use Private Equity markets to grow their business. The panel will consist of a PE firm, Investment Banker and M&A transaction attorney. They will share their real world experiences helping companies navigate and use the Private Equity markets.
Facilitator
Jeff Bridge: Jeff is a Banker with the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Tampa, FL. Jeff has extensive experience in the financial services industry assisting CEOs and shareholders with exit and succession planning. In his role, Jeff advises high net worth clients on their complex wealth management needs, including investment management, banking, lending, and wealth transfer planning.

James B. Darnell: James, a partner at KLH Capital, is responsible for identifying, structuring and executing transactions, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio management. He is a member of the KLH Investment Committee and is responsible for all SBIC compliance.
John McDonald III: John is a Senior Managing Director and a co-founder of Hyde Park Capital Advisors, LLC. At Hyde Park, John originates, executes and manages private equity and debt placements, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and general financial advisory engagements.
Nelson T. Castellano: Nelson is a shareholder at Trenam Law. Nelson’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and business matters, providing general business advice to emerging growth and middle market companies, capital raising transactions, including private placements of debt and equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and business formation and entity selection.
