Program Description: 

Google search for Business Agility results in over 2.9M items. Agility and resiliency is at top of mind for everyone during these challenging times. Using the Agile Audit as the perfect example, we will explain business agility and how to apply the Agile principles and technology enablers to transform departments and teams into value creation centers.
