Commercial Real Estate is involved in nearly every aspect of our daily lives.  The apartment you rent, the office space where you work, the Starbucks where you get your coffee, and the warehouse storing the items you have delivered.  The commercial real estate industry, with an estimated $16 Trillion economic impact, is one of the top 5 industries in the United States.  Change within this industry comes fast and with many complexities.  This panel will discuss factors currently impacting commercial real estate, including movements by the Fed, construction costs and constraints, insurance headwinds, and supply/demand considerations.

State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
