FEI Tampa Bay members, sponsors, and friends,
As we prepare to kick off our new program year, I'm excited about what lies ahead for our chapter this year. We already have an exciting lineup of events planned for the fall and are busy filling the calendar with even more programs that promise to bring unique networking, education and professional development opportunities.
These events would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our board. We’re pleased to share that we have added several new board members this year. Please join us in welcoming Clint DeRonda, Bob Shatanoff, and John Cruickshank to the chapter board. We are incredibly fortunate to have their expertise and dedication shaping our future.
We are also fortunate to have a full roster of chapter sponsors for the 2025-2026 program year. Many have been long-time sponsors of our chapter, and their support has helped us to grow and thrive over the years. This chapter's strength comes from its people – and we have many great people behind the organization.
Register for these upcoming events
We’ve put together a full calendar of professional development and networking events, and I encourage you to register now, so you don't miss out. We're starting off strong with three highly anticipated events:
- September 8: Join us for our 2025 War Room: Wins, Misses & What’s Changing for 2026 panel event. We’ve brought together a stellar, cross-functional panel of finance leaders - Haresh Shah, Heather Ford, and Katherine Renn - to share their insights on the year's biggest shifts. This is a can’t-miss event to help you prepare for the year ahead! Register here.
- October 10: This is one of my favorite events of the year! Our chapter is hosting its 11th Annual Charity Sporting Clays Event to benefit Stairway for Heroes. It's a wonderful way to network with peers in a unique setting while supporting a truly great cause. Register here.
- December 8: Let's get into the holiday spirit together at our Annual Holiday Social at BRIO Tuscan Grille. This is a perfect opportunity to relax, connect with fellow finance professionals in a casual environment, and celebrate the end of a great year. Feel free to bring a plus-one! Register here.
We hope that you’ll join us for one of these upcoming events. Be sure to check your email for additional event information and follow our LinkedIn page for regular updates from our chapter. I look forward to seeing you all in September!
Sincerely,
Shirley Risen
