Session 1:  You Don't Have to be Ruthless to Win
Jonathan Keyser, Founder of Keyser, a commercial real estate firm, spares no self-criticism describing his journey from a ruthless commercial real estate broker to creating success by helping others succeed. Attendees will walk away from this session with three practical steps to creating extraordinary financial success through service.

Session 2: Are We Heading Towards a Recession?
This presentation will review the current state of the economy, clarify what a recession is and highlight some of the key indicators that should be monitored to determine whether a recession is imminent. George Mateyo, Chief Investment Officer for Key Private Bank, will also discuss with attendees how the stock market and the economy are different, and what investors should be doing today.

Session 3: Exercising Intentional Influence in Leadership and Management
We have all heard the debates about the differences between leadership and management.  Everyone seems to have an opinion about each, and which is most important.  No matter where you draw the line between the two, both matter for organizational performance and both require an understanding of what influences human behavior. In this session, Dan Griffiths, Partner for Tanner, LLC will discuss with attendees how to be intentional in applying an understanding of human behavior to the practice of leadership and management.

Session 4: Show UCAIR about Utah's Air?
Utah's topography and climage can lead to episodic air pollution.  Seeking practical solutions to this unique air quality problem can seem overwhelming.  Join Thom Carter, Executive Director for the Utah Clean Air Partnership, as describes the true causes of our air issues, what is being done, and how you, your business, and community can be part of the solution.
