CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via
email.
- Until May 15, 2019: Refund issued less a $50 processing fee.
- May 16 – May 30, 2019: Credit letter issued less a $50 processing fee for use towards a future FEI live conference for up to one year.
- After May 30, 2019: No refunds or credits will be issued.
