CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.
The following cancellation schedule will apply:
- Up to 14 days prior: Refund granted minus a $50 processing fee.
- 13 to 8 days prior: Credit letter issued less a $50 processing fee for use towards a future FEI live conference/course for up to one year.
- 7 days prior/No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
