The AI Workflows Actually Saving Finance Teams Time
Presented by Campfire
1 CPE Credit | Field of Study – Accounting
Every finance team is being told to "use AI," but few have a clear picture of where it's actually moving the needle versus where it's just adding noise. Join Campfire's CEO & founder, John Glasgow, as he walks through where AI is actually saving finance teams time in the close process today. He'll cover how Campfire's agents do the accounting work nobody wants to do (transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, journal entries, revenue recognition) with every action landing as a draft for approval, traceable to source. A practical look at what it takes to scale AI across the close responsibly.

Transforming Data and Business Intelligence: Where NetSuite AI Meets Claude and ChatGPT
Presented by Oracle NetSuite
1 CPE Credit | Field of Study – Information Technology
AI is reshaping finance—from predicting outcomes and explaining performance to automating routine work. But AI is only as reliable as the data it uses. Finance leaders do not simply face an AI adoption challenge; they face a data-trust challenge. Fragmented systems, inconsistent master data, duplicate records, and weak controls can cause AI to deliver answers that sound credible but are confidently wrong.
This session examines why AI needs better data and how finance teams can create the trusted foundation required for meaningful automation and decision-making. Attendees will explore how NetSuite’s unified data model, data-governance controls, and AI Connector Service using Model Context Protocol (MCP) can connect governed ERP data with leading AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT.
Through practical finance use cases—such as variance analysis, close monitoring, cash-flow forecasting, collections prioritization, data health checks, and automated order entry—participants will see how trusted, connected data supports more accurate insights and faster action. The session will also cover how to move from historical-data cleanup to proactive governance at the point of entry, helping prevent bad data from reentering the system.

Enterprise Trust Revisited: Governing Risk and Transformation in the Era of Frontier AI
Presented by Deloitte
1 CPE Credit | Field of Study – Information Technology
If you’ve felt a monumental shift in artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities recently, it’s not your imagination. The advent of "frontier AI" has fundamentally altered the risk landscape, accelerating the speed at which vulnerabilities are identified, analyzed, and acted upon. The same capabilities that allow defenders to secure environments faster also enable bad actors to operate at unprecedented scale and speed.
In this session, we will explore the "two-sided shift" of the modern risk landscape. We will examine five forces reshaping governance, controls, and monitoring, and outline why traditional, human-paced incident response playbooks may no longer be sufficient.

Stuart Rubin | Principal, Audit & Assurance | Deloitte & Touche LLP

Accelerating Cash Flow with Autonomous AI: What the Data Shows
Presented by Stuut Technologies
1 CPE Credit | Field of Study – Finance
Finance leaders are being asked where AI belongs in the finance function, and accounts receivable is one of the first places it's showing up. Most of the conversation, though, still centers on promise rather than performance. This session goes to the data.
Drawing on an analysis of billions of dollars in live B2B receivables conducted with a16z, Stuut Technologies examines what actually drives cash collection and what it means for working capital. Several findings challenge long-held assumptions. A healthy DSO can mask a stuck receivables book. Two thirds of overdue dollars sit in the largest tenth of past-due invoices. And a promise to pay says almost nothing about when cash will arrive.
The session then looks at how AI is changing the work itself. You'll see what AI agents and finance teams each handled across the collections process, and where human judgment remains essential. You'll also see how to keep controls, auditability and customer relationships intact as automation scales. Attendees will leave knowing how to prepare an AR portfolio for greater automation, from high-touch strategic accounts to the long tail, and which metrics to report alongside DSO to give leadership a truer picture of cash.
