Fran Exley

Fran Exley is a partner/principle in Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services Practice and leads EY’s Digital and Customer/Enterprise Experience Practice.  Mr. Exley is responsible for developing and driving E&Y’s thought leadership in strategy, customer experience, and customer engagement.  He has been involved in the several high-stakes engagements helping companies redefine how they interact with their customers and launch new businesses and revenue streams from within their existing businesses.
