Kathy Spearing is a Regional Vice President and leads the Midwest practice for Protiviti’s Managed Business Solutions. Prior to that, Kathy held the position of District President for the Robert Half Talent Solutions teams in Wisconsin and Michigan operations, returning to the RHI organization after her tenure at Brilliant where she served as President. Kathy joined Brilliant when the firm was founded in 2009, and was instrumental in growing the accounting, finance, and IT consulting business into an award-winning company, including being named as a Crain’s Fast 50 for seven years. Prior to Brilliant, Kathy was a Regional Vice-President for Robert Half. She was responsible for leading multiple states and led the expansion of Illinois operations for the staffing/consulting practices and direct-hire specialties in accounting, finance, administration, non-clinical health care, and information technology. Before joining the recruitment industry, Kathy worked in one of the Big 4 accounting firms and a global marine industry organization in an accounting and audit capacity. She has a dual degree in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana.
