Mr. Kevin FitzPatrick

With nearly three decades of marketing, finance, and consumer insights experience, Kevin FitzPatrick has been a driving force in brand development, CRM/loyalty, and digital transformation within the large multi-unit retail and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as the SVP of Digital Marketing at Ruby Tuesday, he spearheads digital transformation, media, creative, and customer engagement strategies, and has launched the Ruby Rewards program in 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin played pivotal roles at both GameStop and Dave & Buster’s, leading digital transformation, consumer insights, strategy, business development, and CRM/loyalty efforts. Notably, he expanded & grew the GameStop PowerUp Rewards program and launched the new gamified D&B Rewards program.
 
Kevin's marketing journey began at Brierley & Partners (now Capillary Technologies), where he provided expertise in loyalty program design & evaluation consulting for various companies including. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and majored in Economics at Texas A&M University.
