Alan Brush has spent the last 20 years in the Human Capital area, working with organizations to deliver innovative solutions to recruit, develop, and train their employee base. Alan is currently the leader of the Human Capital Practice for Sirius Solutions, charged with delivering transformative solutions in areas such as learning & development, acquisition integration and change management.
Prior to joining Sirius Solutions he was the SVP for the Ellegro Learning Solutions (Beeline Inc.) team focused on consulting support and learning & development services to the Fortune 500. During his tenure, Ellegro won numerous awards for the development and design of technology-based learning for PC, Tablet, and Smart Phone spanning a number of areas in client organizations including leadership development, orientation, sales, customer service, and compliance. In prior roles, Alan was responsible for selling and delivering human capital software technology ranging from applicant tracking, performance management, 360-degree feedback, succession planning, and learning management systems.
Alan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University. He went on to receive an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
