Dan Heekin is a managing director in the Louisville office with over 13 years of experience in the audit practice. He serves clients in various industries with a focus in retail and restaurants. Dan has also served as part of an Accounting On Call Advisory position for a SEC restaurant company. He has served domestic as well international businesses.
Dan has also completed a 2 year international rotation with KPMG in Malta and worked with clients based out of a number of European jurisdictions including the UK, France, Sweden and the Czech Republic. Dan has led KPMG soft skills and technical trainings domestically and abroad under US GAAP and IFRS, respectively. Dan currently leads various innovation initiatives within KPMG’s retail industry group and the Mid-America business unit.
