Linda Paullin-Hebden serves as a securities compliance advisor to registered investment advisers and as a counselor to venture capital and private equity funds. She handles a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, fund formation, joint ventures, private investments and other transactions as well as general corporate issues. Linda’s financial services investment practice spans the United States, working with clients in a highly regulated environment – helping them adhere to the rules in a way that doesn’t hinder their commercial operations. She serves as a member of Warner’s management committee and was formerly the executive partner of the firm’s Detroit and Bloomfield Hills offices.
