Josie Boucher helps bring innovative new technologies to the market through her work with startup companies and venture capitalists – representing both emerging growth companies and individual, fund and corporate investors in venture capital financing transactions. As chair of Warner’s Funds and Investments Industry Group, core to her practice is also the representation of investment funds – many of which are centered around mission-driven social impact – in their heavily regulated formation and fundraising efforts. Josie’s combined corporate venture capital and fund practice for both investors and companies comprise an impressive 80% of her business. She is the executive partner for Warner’s Kalamazoo office.
