Scott Mosley joined StartingBlock in December 2022. He is a senior executive with a background in strategy and operations who applies a multidisciplinary background and partnership development expertise to accelerate growth. He has a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. He is comfortable communicating, influencing and galvanizing teams in a multitude of environments to deliver results.
Over the past 30 years, Scott has owned multiple businesses. Prior to joining StartingBlock, he was the Chief Operating Officer at CODAworx, an investor backed company in the commissioned art industry. He has experience working in entrepreneurial support organizations, the nonprofit sector and state government. Early in his career, he was an Officer in the United States Navy. He and his wife own and operate a small CSA and cut flower farm outside of Madison, WI.
Scott is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. He is a member of the Royal and Ancient Order of Shellbacks.
