As Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie McShane is responsible for overseeing the corporate functions in support of the company objectives, including Finance, IT, and Human Resources, which allows her to do what she love best - share her knowledge of process improvement, employee development and risk management processes that enhance Holly Poultry’s overall ability to make good business decisions in a timely manner while managing risk at all levels of the organization. Prior to joining Holly, Stephanie worked for several Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries, around the world.
