The CEO-CFO Speaker Series Featuring Holly Poultry

Holly Poultry has been providing chicken to the Baltimore area for more than 60 years, currently serving customers with custom poultry products up and down the East Coast.  We are a 2nd generation family-owned business, owned by the Fine Family, and are proud of our history of providing good paying jobs in the City of Baltimore.

Any business which relies heavily on commodity inputs has always been subject to market volatility.  But in the post covid world, with heightened focus on global warming, animal welfare and global politics directly impacting food supply with increasing demand for low-cost protein options – our ability to forecast the chicken market has become even more important to maintaining profitability and supporting our growth agenda.

Join us to learn how we look at industry trends to forecast the chicken market and how we use that knowledge to continue to grow our market share despite market challenges.

Following the tour, participants will sample Nando's legendary South African flame-grilled Peri-Peri Chicken, protein supplied 100% by Holly Poultry.
