Zach is a Senior Director in the Portland office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has nine years of experience in commercial real estate finance. His primary focus is on permanent, bridge and construction financing, as well as equity placement for multiple property types.
Zach joined HFF’s San Francisco office in late 2014 and relocated to its Portland office in March 2018. Prior to joining HFF, he was a financial analyst and market research coordinator at Newmark Cornish & Carey in San Francisco, one of the largest Bay Area leasing firms. Zach has secured over $6 billion in debt and equity for office, retail, industrial, multi-housing, mixed-use and other commercial property types throughout his career.
