Please join FEI Portland in welcoming guest speaker Chris Lundy, Senior Principal Enterprise Architect and AI Strategist | Pfizer. Chris Lundy will join Shiau Yen Chin-Dennis of K&L Gates in this Q&A session that will cover how to set your AI strategy - Pitfalls, Perils and Opportunities.

Prior to our dinner meeting we will have a PD Session with our Partner JLL that will discuss Commercial Real Estate in 2024:  Debt, Distress & Silver Linings.

Learning Objectives:
  • What is happening with commercial debt and how is it impacting the overall market nationally & locally?
  • What role is distress playing? How do you prepare as a business leader, and what are the positive impacts of distress?
  • Discuss the different outcomes in Office v. Industrial, and Urban v. Suburban for tenants & owner/users in 2024.
