Joe Lopykinski, CPA is a Director with The Overture Group. Joe brings more than twenty-five years of professional experience to The Overture Group which includes twelve years in executive and professional search consulting focusing in the accounting and finance disciplines. During that time, he held the positions of Director at Sikich LLP in the Executive Search and Staffing Advisory Services Group as well as Managing Principal of Ingenium Partners LLC – a boutique executive and professional search firm. His clients have included publicly traded and privately held companies in multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, non-profit and professional services.
Prior to embarking in a career in professional search consulting, Joe began his career with Big 4 public accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick (currently KPMG) in the firm’s audit practice specializing in the manufacturing, retail and financial services industries. In addition, Joe has held key industry management positions in corporate accounting, finance, treasury and consulting which have served as a solid foundation for his career in search.
Joe graduated with honors from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. A former University Scholar Award Winner, Joe also served in a leadership capacity as President of the University’s Golden Key National Honor Society.
