Joe Lopykinski, CPA and Mike Conti from The Overture Group will discuss what current businesses are looking for from their finance department. They will provide information on how the roles of both the CFO and Controller have changed over the last two decades and what is required to be successful in each role. Their goal is to provide this information to FEI members to help them navigate their careers as finance and accounting leaders.
