Wendy Kent is the founder of Kent Employment Solutions. She has been in the recruiting and career consulting business in Portland, Oregon since 1991.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. She is the Recruiting & Selection chair of the Portland Human Resource Managers Association. Wendy also developed and runs the Portland Strategic HR Group Human Resources think tank for leaders in the local community.
