Melissa Schibi has over seventeen years of experience in public accounting with Grant Thornton. Her portfolio of client experience includes US tax consulting and compliance for large multi-national and multi-state corporations. She has advised on issues covering U.S. tax reporting for foreign entities, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and consolidated groups. In addition, Melissa has extensive accounting for income tax experience with ASC 740 to public and private companies. She advises clients on tax due diligence, structuring, and post-merger integration and has broad experience in Corporate Tax. Her industry experience includes Consumer and Industrial Products, Insurance, and Professional Services
