Phoebe Ingraham is a dynamic leader with expertise in recognizing and developing HR and business solutions grounded in efficiency and teamwork resulting in high quality performance. In her role as a Senior Human Resources Consultant on the PNW HR Consulting practice of OneDigital, she enjoys working with clients who care about making a positive impact for their employees, customers, clients, and their community. She provides expertise spanning the full spectrum of HR, from recruiting and compliance to compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership training and development, and HR technology.

Phoebe’s specialties are assisting others to execute their roles and responsibilities more effectively, problem solving, research, breaking down complex ideas more effectively into comprehensible explanations, getting things done, and asking the hard questions, including "why not?" She collaborates as part of our client’s team to address their people priorities by identifying specific opportunities to introduce training and other development pathways.

Prior to working specifically in human resources, Phoebe held a variety of business leadership roles across industries including as Practice Manager for a boutique healthcare organization, as Business Manager for a full-service architecture firm, and as Site Administrator for an education company during the development, implementation, and execution of a federally funded research project. In addition to her business management experience, Phoebe has experience working as a paralegal for a successful mid-size law firm.

Phoebe holds a SHRM-SCP certification and received a Certificate of Business Administration from the University of Washington. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and International Relations from Smith College.

Outside of work, Phoebe volunteers with local community organizations focused on education and helping nonprofits succeed in building a better world including:
  • Seattle SHRM Chapter, Legislative Director, member and volunteer
  • 501 Commons, Executive Services Corps Member
  • Genesee Hill PTA, member, volunteer and past Legislative Advocacy Chair

Personally, she enjoys getting outside into nature with her family, taking advantage of all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She loves to hike, bike, and attend her kids’ many activities. She refuels herself by spending time with friends and is always in the middle of reading at least one book.
