Special Agent Kristina Norris joined the FBI in 2005 and upon her graduation from the Academy, was assigned to the New York City Division. In addition to New York City, SA Norris has been assigned to FBI Headquarters and the Boston field office. In 2014 she transferred to the Knoxville Division where she has investigated Crimes Against Children, counterintelligence and is currently assigned to investigate both criminal and national security cyber-crimes. SA Norris is a native Tennessean and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Psychology. Prior to joining the FBI SA Norris spent ten years with the Knoxville Police Department where she served as a patrol officer, academy instructor, and patrol supervisor.
