Allie focuses on the office leasing efforts for Water Street Tampa. Encompassing 9M square feet of office, residential, hotel, retail and educational space, Water Street Tampa is one of the largest mixeduse developments in the country.
Notable Experience:
Prior to joining SPP, Kessler served as a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services group. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate transaction services on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield’s national clients. Her responsibilities included portfolio, transaction and account management, as well as, maintaining business relationships to grow and acquire new business opportunities. Before returning to her hometown of Tampa in 2016, Kessler worked as a leasing associate for the JBG Companies in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for leasing the firm’s office portfolio.
