Mary-Kate or “MK” is the Coordinator for the Corporate Leasing team for SPP’s mixed-use waterfront development, Water Street Tampa, where she is responsible for coordinating and supporting the team. MK reports to the Executive Vice President and works closely with the marketing, development and legal teams to manage and support the corporate lease process. Encompassing 9M square feet of office, residential, hotel, retail and educational space, Water Street Tampa is one of the largest mixed-use developments in the country.
Notable Experience:
MK’s experience prior to SPP includes her time as an asset management intern with Kimco Realty Corp, development/marketing intern with Paradise Ventures, and her role as administrative assistant for a local boutique retail brokerage shop, Plaza Advisors.
