Frank has a wide range of public, private and tax-exempt board and committee experience and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD)/NJ, the Advisory Board of H.S. Grace & Co., Inc. and the Finance Committee of The Conference Board. He has also served on the Boards of Directors of Blackboard, Inc., Peoples Educational Holdings, Inc., and the NYC Chapters of the National Investor Relations Institute and FEI. He was the CFO at ETS, a global B2B and B2C assessment and professional licensure/certification company from 1997 to 2011 where revenues grew four fold to $1.3 billion. From 1974 to 1997 he was VP/ Financial Management and prior to that VP/Chief Accounting Officer at The New York Times Company, a media conglomerate with a portfolio of newspapers, magazines, broadcasting and cable TV with seven Operating Groups, 50 Business Units across the country and revenues of $2.4 billion by 1997.
