Meredith McCormick

Meredith B. McCormick is the Digital Cross Platform & Operations Executive, responsible for managing the digital capabilities that include alerts, statements, security, aggregation, and financial wellness.In addition, she manages the health of Digital Banking controls, risk portfolio, reporting and the business operations for the Consumer Advanced Solutions & Digital Banking organization. Digital Banking provides service to approximately 34MM Digital and over 23MM Mobile Banking customers. 


Prior to this, McCormick led the Digital Channel Management team which was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Online and Mobile Banking, through health and controls management, customer experience, content publishing and project execution. She has also led the execution of the Digital Banking governance processes, the management and monitoring of content on the website, and business support functions. Previously, she was the Channel Strategist for Personal Financial Management and has also served as product manager for several products and services within Online Banking. McCormick joined Bank of America in 2004 where she was a Technology Project Manager for Enterprise Change Initiatives in Technology & Operations and gained her Green Belt certification in Design for Six Sigma.


McCormick is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Art History. She is actively involved in Art with Heart, a charity that raises support and funds for women affected by domestic violence. She resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two sons.
