Ms. Giovanna Koning has been Chief Financial Officer of TGI Friday's Inc. since April 27, 2017. She has been responsible for all accounting and financial control functions at Falcon Holdings as the Chief Financial Officer. She is also responsible for all the Mergers & Acquisition work for the company and the evaluations.
Ms. Koning has a CPA with 10 years plus in public accounting and has over 20 years in restaurant finance. She has extensive knowledge in restaurant industry finance, accounting, human resources, acquisition due diligence, and information technology. Served on as board member of the Greater Chicagoland and SW Indiana Girl Scout Council for 15 years and is the Chair of the Finance Committee which has been responsible for the merger of 7 councils and now the largest council in the United States.
She has been awarded the Women of the Year 2012 Award by the National Association of Professional Women for her contributions to the success of the organization.
