Austin Chapter Career Leadership & Development

Please join us for our next Career Leadership & Development session, which will feature Karen Potter, Managing Director of Deloitte Services LLP presenting "Business Chemistry: Using Science to Improve the Art of Relationships." Business Chemistry is an approach to strengthening teams and enhancing business relationships. The tool identifies four different types, each characterized by a stable pattern of behaviors and preferences in the workplace. Understanding similarities and differences enables individuals and teams to flex in order to better accommodate different styles.

Prior to the session, we'd like attendees to identify their Business Chemistry type by completeing a quick self assessment: ASSESSMENT.  Please complete this assessment no later than Thursday, October 31.

In addition to the Business Chemistry assessment, attendees will have access to Biz Chem 20 Questions. This tool helps you develop a hunch or hypothesis regarding another individual's Business Chemistry profile and is available to anyone worldwide. Together with the individual's Business Chemistry results, a hunch can help improve the effectiveness of one's interactions with others.  This will be an engaging and productive session that you won't want to miss!

There is no cost to attend this event, but you must register. For any questions about this session or how to complete the assessment, please contact FEI Austin Chapter Administrator Jenny Garcia at [email protected] or (512) 587-6972.
