Encore Boston Harbor opened in June of 2019.  Through the ups and downs of dealing with a pandemic and a slow-moving legislature to approve sports betting, Jenny Holaday, Encore's President, led the Casino to its best months here in 2022.  How has she and her team been successful?  Jenny will tell us some of her secrets behind running a successful casino & resort in a difficult environment here in Massachusetts.

About our Speaker

Jenny Holaday has held executive positions at some of the top gaming organizations in the country. As the President of Encore Boston Harbor, she is the first woman to run a casino in Massachusetts and leads the talented and highly professional team that is making Encore Boston Harbor one of the most successful and popular destinations in the Northeast for gaming, dining, hospitality, and overall experience. Jenny shares Encore’s values of helping team members grow and succeed, contributing to the communities where Wynn operates, and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.   Jenny has lived and worked in gaming regions from the East Coast to Nevada and many places in between. She has held executive positions for companies including Harrah’s, Caesars Entertainment and Mandalay Resort Group and has successfully launched two enterprise-wide casino player programs.
