Guest fees, if applicable, are payable by credit card in advance at the time of registration.  See ‘Cancellation’ for refund information.

Guests may not serve in a business development role for a firm that provides products or services to financial executives unless specifically approved in advance.

Not all chapter events are open to guests.  Refer to the registration section on meeting notices for guest information.

Special Provisions for Prospective Members
FEI members and chapter sponsors are encouraged to invite prospective members to ‘regular’ chapter meetings, the Summer Professional Development Series, and Special Events pursuant to the attendance guidelines for that event.  Prospective members may attend one ‘regular’ chapter meeting (complimentary) and one session of the Summer Professional Development Series (subject to the guest fee) to evaluate the benefits of FEI membership.  Non-member guest fees may apply to other events.  Invitations should be limited to those who meet FEI’s membership criteria.

Cancellation
To cancel a registration, contact [email protected] or call 469-241-0079.  Forty-eight ‘business’ hours notice is requested for cancellation.  Cancellations within 48 ’business’ hours and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the guest fee.  Guest fees will be refunded upon request given that cancellation is received at least 48 ‘business’ hours prior to the event.  Absent payment in advance, members are responsible for their guests' late cancellation and no‑show.  We recognize that plans can change at the last minute; however, as good stewards of our chapter finances we ask your help in controlling expenses due to last-minute cancellations and no‑shows.
