Anyone who has turned on a TV, radio or read a newspaper is aware that we are experiencing one of the largest changes in the job market and labor force since the end of World War II. Explanation of these changes varies widely with experts providing multiple and diverse explanations of our current labor shortage.

Tony Beshara and Rich Lavinski will discuss what they see as some of the root causes of the labor shortage and how both hiring managers and job-seeking candidates should adapt to the new hiring and job environment. Hiring managers will learn how to adjust their methods of attracting and retaining talent in this difficult market. Job-seeking candidates will learn how to optimize their interviews and career opportunities amid today’s new hiring protocols.
Rich Lavinski, CPA, Co-Founder of East 57th Partners
