It doesn't matter what you say. It only matters what they hear. So, how can we make sure we are "heard"? Communication is a combination of non-verbal and verbal cues that we must understand and utilize for effective communication to occur. Join us for this session all about communication, body language, and emotional intelligence. Communication is critical to success and we look forward to an engaging discussion. Learning objectives include how to turn communication challenges into opportunities.
