Budgeting for IT in CRE: What Makes CRE Firms Different?

September 19, 2018 | 5:00-8:00 p.m. | 1 CPE| Lawry’s The Prime Rib

Commercial real estate firms show a number of interesting characteristics that make them unique in terms of their IT spending patterns. Therefore, analyzing IT spending levels for a commercial real estate firm only makes sense in relationship to CRE-specific benchmarks. These findings are based on a Computer Economics survey of over 20 CRE firms in early 2018 as part of its annual IT spending and staffing benchmarks study. Please join Frank Scavo, President of Computer Economics, as he discusses his findings and provides recommendations related to IT spending levels.
Frank Scavo, President, Computer Economics
