Dallas Chapter Monthly Career Meeting with FENG – February 2021 | WEBINAR

Effectively Handling the Most Critical Interview Questions – Part 1

In placing over 1,100 business professionals over the last 28 years, Jim Ashworth has conducted and documented over 5,000 interview follow-ups.  Very simply, he has learned that there are four areas of an interview that will determine which of typically 3-5 candidates will get hired.

In Part 1 of this two-part program, Jim will be covering the first two areas:  “Reasons for leaving previous positions” and “Tell me about yourself/why don’t you go over your resume.”  He will explain why traditional answers don’t work and how to more effectively handle these questions.  Jim plans to conduct multiple role plays on both these areas attendees can experience the differences and more positive outcomes.
